Error Codes/Crashing
This page explains how to fix any/all errors.
Connection Errors
99% of the time, a server error occurs when our authentication servers are down. In that case, we will be aware, and have put out an announcement regarding this in the Discord server. For the other 1% of the time, you can try some of the following fixes:
Use a VPN (We Sell Accounts Here)
This may be required for some people because of your firewall, or your ISP blocking the connection.
Use the latest loader
You can always download the latest loader for whichever tool you need from the Loaders tab.
BO7/BO6/WZ/MW3/Fortnite/Dayz/Marvel Rivals/Apex/Pubg/Rust External Not "Zenith Internal"
"Error Loading Driver, Check Anti-Virus & run bat files." Please ensure that your anti-virus & anti-cheats are disabled, for a step-by-step guide on how to disable them, please refer to Our Guide "PC SETUP BEFORE USING ANY PRODUCTS"
"Server Unavailable. Check your internet connection and update the loader" Please check the status of the tool in your supplier's server/website, this error usually happens when the servers are down/updating.
"Failed to load! Please check device security settings!" Run this file as administrator and restart your system. Ensure you're not on the latest Windows 11 version, as we currently do not support it.
"Driver failed to initialize." Run this file as administrator and restart your system. Ensure you're not on the latest Windows 11 version, as we currently do not support it.
"Anti-cheat is running" You have Valorant / Faciet on your pc, uninstall it and restart your pc.
"Game launcher is running" You have Game launcher running, close all launchers Like: Steam, EA, Riot, Epic games, Ubisoft, etc.
"Internal error: [0xa0000100:0xa0000002]" Close MSI Afterburner
"Internal error [0x3000000]" It means mean you started loader second time, restart your pc and try again.
"Network error [0x800001000]" Delete latest KB updates until it works ttps://support.atera.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020477680-Uninstall-Windows-10-updates delete latest windows update, kb5039 (recommended kb5037+). After that restart your pc.
Black Ops 7/6/WZ/UA Internal Error Codes 1. Loader Closing/Crashing: Make sure to run loader as "ADMIN"
2. Menu Not Showing: Make sure all anti-virus are disabled.
3. Application Error: Run "This" file as admin and restart your pc.
4. Runtime Broker.exe: Download our newest loader for 24H2 Support.
0xD0000201: Spoofer failed to load
Hear a beep but don't see the menu in-game: please ensure that 'Frame Gen' is turned off in your game settings. Once turned off, the menu will appear.
Call Of Duty Crashing Fix
Copy this: %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Call of Duty and past it in file explorer and delete the folder called players.
Now check all of your gaming/software overlays are turned off, such as Discord, Nvidia, Steel Series GG and any other programs you may have that included overlays.
Now load the cheat and game, make sure the game is in windowed/borderless Fullscreen the crashing should now be resolved, if it is not head too step number five.
Follow all of the above steps and have the game "Borderless" if this does not work head to step 5.
Open "Command Prompt as Admin" enter this "sfc /scannow" without the quotes wait for it too complete, now enter "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" again without the quotes and wait for this too finish. now try and load your game double checking all of above is done, if there is still crashing follow step 7.
click this link "Download DDU" once downloaded open the program.
Now select your GPU mine is "NVIDIA" as in image above, if you have "AMD" change it from NVIDIA to AMD, now hit clean and restart.
Once your computer/pc has restarted installed your latest "Stable Driver for GPU/Graphics card then once this is done set up all your graphics settings and make sure image/upscaling is turned off.
