once this program is downloaded and "installed" open the software and send me the code, "sample in photo below".

for those unsure where to provide the code head to our (discord "Rsolutions") and create a support ticket!

once I have received your code I aim to connect and have your pc unbanned within 24 hours maximum, in most cases usually within the hour.
